Hong Kong Day 6!
Hello! :)
I’m having bad outbreak at my back!!! Its so disgusting!! I usually have small pimples here and there on my back but now its like acne! I’m desperately trying to find good products to get rid of my back acne :( Hope it will work!
This is the last part of my HK trip :( No worries there won’t be anymore food pictures!
It was a Friday and when we woke up, it was pouring! Thank god, it didn’t rain for the past few days!

Gloomy morning from our hotel room.
Our flight was at 4.20pm, the bus was going to pick us up at 1.20pm and we had to check out before 12 noon so we cannot go anywhere far. We want to Yuen Long which is 2 stops away from Tsuen Wan West!

At the our hotel’s lobby :)

Yuen Long! I think its quite an old estate, the buildings are more rundown and people dress more casually compared to places like Mongkok, Central etc. Its like a countryside LOL.
We settled down at a Cha Chaan Teng!

People always comment that my sissy looks exactly like my dad haha!

And I look my mum! LOL I THINK MY MUM IS SUPER NOT PHOTOGENIC!! This is me with zero make up. No concealer and my eye brows were not drawn, too lazyy.

I forgot what is this called.. :(
Anyway, NO MORE PICTURES OF OUR BREAKFAST!! I had sandwich with my sissy and my parents had Soup Bee Hoon. I don’t know why I never take pictures leh!!! The food was quite good and cheap lor! Every meal comes in a set so its like the combo-style yknow!

It continued to pour crazily….. we bought our Lao Po Bing and we had only 2 umbrellas. There was no shelter back to the MTR so we were stucked at an overhead bridge.

Kids look mad cute in their cutesy raincoats like this one!!

It was a wrong day to wear jeans!!!!! :( Dad & I shared an umbrella and we were walking beside the road when a taxi went passed and splashed water at my jeans.. My jeans was wet to the knee area!!! So uncomfortable!
Then the worst thing was the umbrella Dad & I shared has holes!!!! So we were pretty drenched -_- Threw that umbrella away!!! We somehow made our way back to the MTR and got back to our hotel to rest before checking out!

Our hotel room!! ^^ My check in luggage was packed to the brim and I didn’t want to flatten my Ginger Bread Man so I had it with me on board LOL.

Glass toilet!! Of course there’s curtains la.. and we didn’t get to use the bath tub.

Changed into my shorts and slippers for the flight back home because my jeans and scandals were wet from the rain!! >:(

Goodbye HK, I will miss you :(
Even though we arrived super early at the airport, the plane was left with single middle seats! I didn’t know we can actually reserve the seats online beforehand :( We were all separated!!! I had to sit beside a man and some woman and I couldn’t hug my ginger bread man to sleep, too embarrassing!!!
The dinner on board was nice! Cheese Pasta!! I watched Mission Impossible 3 Ghost Protocol to kill time~! Our flight was delayed for nearly 2 hours! It was supposed to depart at 4.20pm but we only left the airport at 6pm due to traffic congestion as what the pilot said.
OHYAH!!! WE HAD TO SIT THIS MINI BUS TO OUR PLANE and board the plane without shelter, it was still drizzling!!!!!! I thought HK International Airport don’t do things like that but maybe there were really too many planes la. Not my first time sitting these mini buses but the wind was really strong lor.
Okay that marks the end of my HK travelogue! I’m rushing off to watch RM now! Timbre tmrw to celebrate Bird Nest’s Bird day!
Goodnight!
Hong Kong Day 5!
I got myself addicted to RM again! I just watched EP 96 and its so funny la! I can’t wait to continue watching after I finish off writing this post! Today is my off day so I had a lot of time to rot at home.. I kinda miss this lifestyle but I need $$ so yeah~~
This is the last 2nd part of my travelogue! :(
On the 5th day, we didn’t know what to do other than visiting Victoria Peak in the evening. Since Victoria Peak is located near Central MTR, we went there for our breakfast!

Breakfast @ Tsim Chai Kee 沾仔记

Wan Ton Mee!! Honestly, it’s the best Wan Ton Mee I have ever eaten so far in this HK trip! The noodles is mad nice, not forgetting the Wan Ton with many prawns stuffed inside.. I WANT THIS RIGHT NOW T.T The soup was really good as well!! Even the auntie working there is nice, she kept chatting with us because we were there really early and there were not much customers!
After a fulling breakfast, we went shopping @ Central’s 4 storeys H&M!!! That’s where I really spent a lot of $$$ but it was worth it!! ^^ We got bored of Central and went to Causeway Bay!
Causeway Bay has quite a number of shopping malls with branded shops la so we basically had nothing to do there because we are no rich peoplezx. We ended up at Macs to chill and rest LOL.

Even the Supermarket located in the shopping mall looks damn posh la.. atas place!
We got bored (again) of this place and went to Wan Chai to buy this really famous cookies at that area! Anyway, the cookies are indeed very good! Super buttery!

Along the way, mum drank this tea which she used to drink when she was young. I have no idea what is it..
We went back to Central and walked to the peak tram!

I tried to take a reflection of the 4 of us squeezing, trying to sit on a tiny bench but all you can see is my H&M plastic bag.

I’m happy!

Tall buildings @ Central!
We had to walk up slope to the peak tram station, very very tiring!!

Old bus tickets!

Queuing to board the tram!

Madness queue.. I don’t understand why there are sooo many people even though it was a weekday!

After forever, we were finally in the tram! I like how the tram is inclined at such a steep angle! Somehow it feels like I am on a roller coaster!!

VICTORIA PEAK!!!!! ^^

Sissy & I!

We got a Singaporean to help us take photos!

Don’t know why my mum looked so happy! WHY U SO CUTE!

Holding so many plastic bags…

I tried to take a picture of the buildings together with the plane that was ascending but I failed terribly.. (you can still spot the plane though)

When the sky gets dark.. SO PRETTY RIGHT!!!!!!!!

I told sissy to take a picture of me… I look so noob pls!

And I decided to do it myself! See I look so happy!

With Sissy!

Took the Peak Tram again, we queued for super longggggg.

In the Peak Tram! I don’t even know what my dad is looking at LOL.
When we went back to our hotel it was about 10pm alr. I WAS SOOOOOO TIRED I COULDN’T WALK! so my family left me at the hotel lobby while they went out to some nearby places to have dinner. I had wifi to keep me accompany~!
Walking the whole day is no joke.. my feet were aching so badly! Must be the walk up slope and down slope from the Peak Tram station to the MTR!
I got work tomorrow! Hopefully I can finish Day 6 tmrw!
Time to sleep, Goodnight!!
Finally!
As much as I want to blog, I’m too tired from work :( Today is the last day of the Expo Food Show. Off day for us tmrw so I will probably have a lot of time to blog!! I ate so much during the Food Show, I think all the weight I have gained back all the weight I lost in HK! I’ll try to jog tmrw!!!!!
Something very very epic and dramatic happened to me today but its a long long story so I’ll talk about it tmrw LOL!!
Since I’m leaving everything to tmrw, this post is quite pointless…
okay bye, goodnight! LOL.
Hong Kong Day 4!
I’m back again! :)
I spent my whole weekend with the baby! Friday, after my work at the Expo Food Show, I rushed to baby’s house. I can’t describe how happy I was to see him :’) We went shopping on Saturday! He got his sperrys but I couldn’t find the shorts I saw in HK’s H&M, in SG’s H&M :(
Bumped into liting & chris in 313’s Zara, they couldn’t see us when we were directly opposite them! I blamed it on weijiebao’s botak head, just because he looks way too common LOL.
I got a pair of floral shorts from f21 because I was pissed I couldn’t find my shorts in H&M!! I was lucky to find my size, last pair! THE GOOD THING IS BABY PAID!!! hehe he felt bad for making me spent so much to buy clothes for him in HK which I didn’t really mind la ^^
Okay as what the title says, I’m going to continue with my travelogue!!
We planned to go Lantau Island which we did, we took MTR to Tung Chung. We took to Lai King to change to the Tung Chung Line. The train ride was quite long and it was drizzling! We were hoping the cable car will still be operating because we didn’t want to take the bus!

Breakfast @ some restaurant in our hotel! Food was so-so and quite expensive! Totally not worth the price!

Citygate outlets is a shopping mall with all the outlet stores! Nike, Adidas, Body Shop, Kate Spade, Dunhill and many other branded shops!

I’m not a camera-pro. The camera kept focusing on the raindrops on the cable car’s window.. WHY!!

20 mins cable car ride!

Ngong Ping!

It was so hot and humid! The sun was blazing.. *refer to the picture below*

LOOK AT OUR EYES!! I couldn’t open my eyes AT ALL!! My eyes are really small alr and the sun didn’t help.. -_-

Still very bright and I managed to pose but I look shitty here!!

\
Walking towards Big Buddha!

Artificial Tree which happens to be a Wishing Tree.

Mummy & Daddy!

Yes we are getting nearer!!

Some pictures along the way, FAT FACE!!

Big Buddha!

At the top! ^^

We didn’t stay at the place for long, we prayed and left. This time we had the whole cable car to ourselves! Sissy & I wanted to sit the Crystal Cable Car, the cable car’s floor will be transparent but dad refused because we had to pay more!!! >:(

LOLL MY LEGS LOOK SO LONG AND SLIM HERE AND FAIR!!

Hong Kong International Airport in the background!

After reaching Tung Chung, we took a 40 mins bus ride to Tai O. Tai O is a fishing town, very laidback and kampong-like.

Its quite a small town so nothing much to explore.

We had Tau Huey and watched 皆大歡喜, Virtues of Harmony II. Super funny!

We bought Ji Dan Gao, Egg Cake? LOL.
Then I saw a cute black dog and decided to take a picture of him/her sleeping.

When I tried to zoom in, the dog turned away from me!! HUMPH!!!!!

A group of cows! There was an old lady behind these cows holding a cane! NEVER SEE THIS KIND OF THING BEFOREEEE. I’m a city kid!
We came back to Tung Chung and took the MTR to Sham Shui Po, 深水埗! We were going to TIM HO WAN, 添好运点心专卖店!!!!!!!!!! ^^ The store at Sham Shui Po is like 3x bigger than the one located at Mongkok and its nearer to walk from the MTR! We didn’t have to queue when we reached there :)

Happy us! Who will not be happy eating such good dim sums!!!

FOOD PICTURES BELOW!!!! WARNING!! It will make you hungry ^^

Lo Mai Gai, Glutinous Rice With Chicken. Piping hot!! My family is very cooperative! They knew I wanted to take pictures so the 3 chopsticks belong to them! haha

Spring Roll!! (Chopstick belongs to dad haha) I wanna eat this right nao :(

Chee Cheong Fan wrapped with Prawns!!

MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE HAR GOW!!!!!!! actually I only like the skin.. haha

EAT EAT EAT

Siew Mai! I think this photo is so nicely taken by me… I AM SO HUNGRY NAO LA

Pan-fried Carrot Cake!!!!!! So good!!!
I wanna go back HK to have all these dim sums right nao.. Thats the end of Day 4 btw.. haha obviously we went back to the hotel after dinner!
Work starts @ 10.30am tmrw so I don’t have to wake up so early but I have to go all the way to Expo. Baby is back in Tekong now! 2 more weeks till I get to see him again because he’s away for field camp next week!!!
Goodnight! Hope you are not hungry after looking at these pictures :p
Hong Kong Day 3!
I’m going to be very busy from tomorrow onward till Tuesday! My company is one of the exhibitor at the Expo Food Show in Hall 5 and the whole thing last from tomorrow till Tuesday. Working hours for me is 9am to 9pm :( But I’m not working over the weekends because its reserved for the baby who’s coming out tomorrow evening! I can’t wait to see him after work tomorrow!!!! I’m love sick, thinking of him every single day~
To continue my “Travelogue”..

OOTD! I posted this picture earlier on under ” Bits & Pieces of HK “
Shopping day must be as casual as possible because you will be walking the whole day and half of the time you will be changing in the fitting room LOL.
My parents went to Lamma Island so they took the camera.. They heard from their friends that the place is damn pretty which was true la! here are some pictures from their trip!

Chow Yun Fat is born on Lamma Island!

Noob picture of mum eating tau huey! Some granny was selling the Tau Huey.

LOL My parents got cheated! One uncle told them that walking from 1 ferry terminal to another across the hills will only take about an hour but my parents took 2 hrs and a half!! It was so hot and sunny. They came back looking tanner!! So funny la!

Very pretty indeed! Mum said it was a nice place to relax and perfect getaway from the busy city! (but the heat and sunlight were unbearable)
Okay back to sissy & my shopping trip! We went down to Mongkok and visited Langham Place’s H&M! It was slightly after noon and the crowd kept increasing because it was lunch time and it rained!! I bought quite a lot of things over there ^^
We headed to Argyle Centre and New Town Mall! We couldn’t tell the difference between 2 malls! New Town Mall’s clothes are slightly more expensive, its something like Far East whereas Argyle Centre offers clothes at very cheap prices similar to our Bugis Street!
We spent hours in both malls and had so many bags to carry. We were supposed to meet my parents at Mongkok MTR @ 6.30-7pm and when we were done with shopping it was already 5.30pm. Also, we were meeting sissy’s hk friend for dinner at Mongkok at around 7pm. and carrying our heavy/many shopping bags is very inconvenient, WE RUSHED BACK TO OUR HOTEL in like less than an hour!!!! WE LITERALLY CHIONGED!!!!!
Met both my parents & sissy’s HK friend! He brought us to this famous shop selling Claypot Rice!

Four Seasons Pot Rice, 四季煲仔飯. Its actually located near Temple Street at Yau Ma Tei but we walked from Mongkok instead!

I had chicken claypot rice! We ordered Kangkong with cuttlefish and the empty plate is our Or Luak/Fried Oyster Pancake!! ALL WERE DAMN GOOD. We ordered the small (HKD$20) Fried Oyster Pancake and finished it within minutes haha!! They had so many oysters and they were all big and juicy unlike those served in SG! Totally worth the money!

We couldn’t resist and ordered another plate of Fried Oyster Pancake! That’s my Chicken Claypot Rice. It was really tasty, the meat was nicely cooked and I don’t usually fancy eating chicken cooked this way but I finished all! The portion was really big.. I only ate half the rice!
Although we were super full from dinner, we had desserts as well!

Steamed Egg with Milk Custard, 鮮奶燉蛋. (White ones) The yellow ones are just Steamed Egg. Steamed Egg with Milk Custard is a popular HK dessert and can be found in many dessert stores! You can have it served cold or hot :)
We headed to the famous Ladies’ Market, 女人街. I was told by many of my friends that there is nothing much at this street and things are usually very expensive/overpriced but we just went to have a look. It was still very crowded even though it was near 10pm! Sissy’s friend told us that in HK 10pm is considered very early and buses are still operating at around 1-2am! Surprising!

As mentioned it was very crowded so this is the only photo I took and the guy had to walk into my picture… >:(

Family shot =)

Sissy’s friend came to NUS for exchange programme 2 years ago and that’s how sissy met him! He’s already working in HK now (office wear) Anyway, I keep seeing guys in their 20s in business suits in HK!! Its not a common sight in SG especially for guys in their 20s only!!!! I think guys who wear business suits are damn good looking!! ^^
And that sums up Day 3! Short entry~ I’m watching Music Matters now thanks to chan! Yoon Mirae is damn hottttttt. I’ll try to blog over the weekends
Till then! Goodnight!
okay. so i used to live in hong kong and i love it like crazy and i track the tag "hong kong" and i just saw your post and omg. i just got like insanely jealous. like what? i used to go to that little alley shop and omg. i'm just dying. and and and i used to go to the venetian for concerts and i am so jealous right now.-marryingthesefive
It was my second time there and the food I had were really good!! Lots of shopping as well! ^^ It’s a bit similar to my place here, Singapore. GO VISIT HK AND MACAU AGAIN! You won’t be disappointed :)
Hong Kong Day 2!
HI!!
I just submitted my appeal to NUS. Hopefully I can get what I want!! ^^ Baby is coming out on Friday and I’m actually supposed to work over the weekends for the Food Show at Expo but boss let me off so i’m going to spent my Saturday and Sunday with him. CAN’T WAIT!!
I added the comment section to every post so you can now comment!! Doubt anyone will but it makes me happy to have it there~!
To continue with the previous HK post, this is HK Day 2 :)

41st floor lift lobby! Its actually very pretty and they have seats around the lobby but we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it :(

Mei Foo Station, we are heading to Central!

Central is actually a very busy place but I don’t know these pictures look so empty!

You Tiao wrapped with Chee Cheong Fan. VERY NICE (Y)(Y)

Porridge for breakfast!

This is the shop! We took super long to find it because its along some alley! The porridge was alright but the sides were pretty good!

” Hi, I am so happy we are boarding the ferry to Macau :DD “

Taking free bus to The Venetian ^^

Exterior of The Venetian. It was so hot I couldn’t wait to go indoor so no outdoor pictures~!

It was my first time there and the hotel is freaking big!!!

Mini Venice.

Lunch at the food court!

I think mummy look so good here ^^

Photo before meal (like always) No pictures of our food because we were very hungry and the food we had were quite average.

SO PRETTY THE CEILINGS!

The boat and river concept reminds me of Genting’s First World Hotel.

This is a real person and he tried to scare some passerby who thought he was as statue LOL. Anyway mum kept asking us how this guy can “stone” there for so long, what about going to toilet etc?!? LOL

First store selling Macau’s Egg Tarts!

LOVE THEIR EGG TARTS!! *HEARTSS*

Doesn’t this makes you drool??!

Casino in The Venetian. It’s very big! I played jackpot! Anyway the person didn’t bother checking my age.. maybe I look old :(
We left for Grand Lisboa (another hotel)

The hotel is opened by Stanley Ho who owns most of the casinos in Macau.

Grand Lisboa (the hotel) overlooking Casino Lisboa.

Old Portuguese buildings.

Streets leading to Ruins of St Paul’s

I think my face was really bloated that day.. okay maybe my face is fat all along.

And the tall building in the background is Grand Lisboa!
We took the free shuttle bus back to the ferry terminal from Grand Lisboa. We thought we had to get bus tickets from the casino dealers in order to board the bus but we didn’t have to BUT we did!! Turns out that if you get bus tickets from the dealers you don’t have to queue LOL. I think you are supposed to spend an amount of money at the tables before the dealers will give you the tickets but the dealer that gave us the tickets was quite noob so we got it even though we didn’t play at the casino!!
1 hr ferry back to Hong Kong and we had dinner at Central!

Decent Cha Chaan Teng that sells western food!! The food was alright la nothing to rave about but their fried wanton was really good!!

Menu!

Sissy and her curry pork chop!

My baked pork chop rice!! THE PORK CHOP DAMN BIG & THICK PLS!

Food ^^
This is the end of day 2! Obviously we went home after dinner because we were super tired from walking. Since 4 of us share a room because there’s 2 queen size bed, I always have to wait before I can bathe so I always use the free wifi at the lobby to whatsapp people! I have to stay in contact with the twitter world!!!!!
Abrupt ending, goodnight! I’m very tired!
Dilemma of the Month (or Year)
Hello!
I’m going to continue with HK Day 2 tmrw or Thursday because I’m very busy right now. Busy with - WHICH UNI OFFER SHOULD I ACCEPT!!!!!!!

You see my results are not really fantastic and to get offers from 3 universities is already damn good!! I made up my mind to do Economics in uni and I really wanted to go NUS FASS but they bypassed my first&second choice and gave me Electrical Eng instead -_- Sissy took EE in NUS and she told me not to do it because ITS BORING.
Physics is never really my thing la so Engineering is definitely out. I think I’m going to appeal to NUS FASS but I have to accept one of the offers first. NTU or SMU Econs? My friends keep asking me to go SMU but I’m afraid seminar style teaching and projects, I CANNOT ADAPT. I’m sooooOooOo confused now :(
Furthermore I have to think about what to write for that 1000 word essay to appeal to NUS, I got no talent :( but its okay I’ll try!! For the sake of going to my dream school ^^
Boring admission things aside.
SOMETHING VERY VERY FUNNY HAPPENED ON THAT WHEN WE WERE LEAVING FOR HK! (or at least in my case its hilarious)
You know how Changi Airport is damn high tech when you go through the customs to board the plane you use the machine where it will scan your passport first then scan your thumbprint right? MUM IS DAMN NOOB AT ALL THESE MACHINE PROCEDURES!! because she cannot read English..
Anyway, dad and mum have the same passport covers so they didn’t know they took the wrong passports LOL and they went through the first gate(scanning passport part) When it came to the thumbprint part, the computer couldn’t read their thumbprints because they exchanged passports!! Then dad saw mum’s picture on the computer and realized the mistake!!
MUM BURST OUT LAUGHING AT THIS MISTAKE!! I swear everyone was looking at us especially the staff behind the counters!! What a great way to start our trip ^^
I’m going to sleep nao. ANYONE GOT GOOD ACNE CREAM TO RECOMMEND?!?! PLEASE TELL ME OKAYYYY. Goodnight!
Hong Kong Day 1!
Ever since I came back from HK, I have been feeling very tired. I kept dozing off at work today and I’m tired now. I think I’m going to bed at 10pm later :( Maybe its because I’m down with flu and cough.
Anyway, as mentioned in the previous post. This is HK Day 1 for you :)
Our flight was at 1am in the morning so we had to reached the airport at 11pm. Checked in and had kfc for supper!! Love their twister!

T1 toilet’s make-up/dressing room. LOOK DAMN CLEAN AND POSH LOR.

With such nice toilet, how can we not have a reflection photo?! :D

Mum has a thing for plants.. so there you go.

Then she insisted one of us to take a picture with her -_-

Waiting to board the plane
The plane then we sat was pretty new and huge its a 3-4-3 seating and there were so many new movies to watch, they had big bang theory etc but no TVD! I watched Breaking Dawn till I fell asleep, damn loser. Worst thing is that I can only remember Jacob getting the invitation and that was the very very start of the movie -_-
I like how Cathay Pacific gives us small haagen dazs with our meals!! Even mummy likes the ice cream!
We reached the airport slightly before 5am and waited for the driver to pick us up.

HI, WE ARE IN HK’S AIRPORT ^^

Airport was pretty empty because it was 5 in the morning.

Impromptu self-shot when we were walking to the bus

Dawn, on our way to the hotel.

We are the VIPs! 40 seater bus and there were only 4 of us!

Taken in the bus when we were on the way to the hotel.

6 in the morning, asking if we can check in.

Killing time at the lobby.

Somewhere outside our hotel, my mum likes the plants so…

Outside Tsuen Wan West Station.

Its funny how they call it MTR and we call it MRT.. I keep getting both of them mixed up.

Settled down at a Cha Chaan Teng near our hotel for breakfast.

Although they gave me 6 big Wan Tons but nooo it was the worst Wan Ton Mee I have ever eaten in HK and its quite expensive lor, about SGD8-9 for a plate! TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT but we were hungry and not familiar with the place yet.

After our breakfast, it started to pour like mad. (SUDDEN DOWNPOUR) We didn’t have umbrellas with us.

Stucked next to a vegetable stall to take shelter from the heavy rain but I still look very happy and managed to take a peekture!

Drizzle.. drizzle.. zzz..

Citywalk is a shopping mall connected to our hotel and it has free wifi!! ^^

Finally checked in @ 10 in the morning. Our hotel room’s view on the 43rd floor!

Candid sideview picture of mummy! She loves this photo and I think she looks so natural here!!

View from the 41st floor lift lobby! Since the hotel rooms are found only from the 42nd floor and above, we have to take the lift from ground floor to the 41st then change to another lift which takes us to the higher floors.

We left for Mongkok after resting and washing up at the hotel.

Our destination - Fa Yuen Street, 花園街. You can find a lot of shoes along this street!

GONG CHA SPOTTED

Happy with my Earl Grey Milk Tea with Grass Jelly! Its so much cheaper over there and we didn’t know how to say earl grey in chinese. #fail

Never-ending.

Asked sissy to take a peekture of me with the streets as background but she took a picture of a lorry with me instead!!!

I forgot what is the name of this Cha Chaan Teng but apparently it sells very good goose meat rice. My mummy had it and she said it was so-so only.

Photo before meal!

Our food!

My Char Siew Fan, the portion was really big and the Char Siew is damn thick la.. Only managed to finish 1/4 of it. Gave the rest to my family LOL.

Outside the Cha Chaan Teng

Reached Avenue of Stars, Tsim Sha Shui.

The buildings so prettyyyyy

I think its nicer than Marina Bay because there are more tall buildings and mountains plus sea!!

Helicopter carrying their guests from the airport and landing on top of Peninsula Hotel. No wonder this is such a famous hotel. Helicopter service (Y)

I think mummy look so good here! Regretted not taking a photo with this background :(
After walking like forever to see the handprints of famous celebrities and getting pushed and squeezed by mainland chinese, we went to…….

Mongkok’s Tim Ho Wan! ^^ because it was a Sunday and Mother’s Day. We wanted for about 45 mins to 1 hr before we finally got our seats!

A very happy but tired us.

Waiting for our food!
The following pictures are making me mad hungry right now. Pictures not very nicely taken because I can’t wait to eat alr.

Har Gow, Chicken Feet and some Dumplings wrapped with meat&celery.

1 Michelin Star Char Siew Bao (Y)(Y)(Y) DAMN GOOD I TELL YOU!!

FOOOOOOOOOOOD

Plain Chee Cheong Fan! The owner even taught us how to eat it properly!! haha
Okay, that’s all for Day 1. I am supposed to finish this post before 10.30pm but baby called so I spent half an hour talking to him and its like 11.11pm now. I NEED TO SLEEEP. My eyes are closing. Please ignore any grammar mistakes, I’m too lazy to check.
Goodnight!
Bits & Pieces of HK :)
Hello! This space has been pretty dead for a week! HK was really fun minus the walking. I went there for 5 days 4 nights and stayed at L’hotel Nina et Convention Center located at Tsuen Wan West. I thought it was at Tsuen Wan because Tsuen Wan line is a direct line to Mongkok, Tsim Sha Tsui etc. When you travel to these places from Tsuen Wan West you have to change at Mei Foo and the walking distance to change MTR is damn far!! like 3x of dhoby ghuat red line to purple line!!
The food I had was really really good! If you have been following my instagram, you would have seen those food pictures! I visited Macau, Lantau Island and Tai O as well :)
I haven’t upload the pictures taken from my camera because I have been busy unpacking but here are some photos taken with my iphone (including instagram ones)

Pardon my big ass face!! Happy me at the airport last saturday!

Mummy & I @ T1’s KFC before we board our plane!

Sissy & I at HK’s airport!

Sissy & I again in the bus going to our hotel!!

No idea where was this taken and I look damn tired because it was a midnight flight. I reached HK airport at about 4.30am, couldn’t sleep in the plane.

Wan Ton Mee for breakfast at some cha chaan teng near our hotel. (Worst Wan Ton Mee I have ever eaten in HK)

After washing up at the hotel! Love full length mirrors!!

View from the lift lobby on the 41st floor.

I like this picture!! @ Avenue of Stars.

When you are reading this, I’m probably enjoying all the good food and dimsums in HK :D Not to forget lots of shopping!! I don’t want to leave this space empty till Friday so I decided to post some pictures from my last holiday which was nearly half a year ago in December 2011. I’m still thinking if I should split the pictures into 2 parts so yeah~
My parents like to visit China and I like it when we go overseas together so even though I dislike going China because of the toilets but I like the cold weather over there!!
We went to Yunnan which includes places like Kunming, Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-la.
Even though this was not my first time in China but there were many other first times…

1) Taking a flight at 3.20am in the morning.

2) Reached the airport exceptionally early (before 12am) because we wanted to save on midnight charges. haha #cheapskate (so we took many pictures -_-)

3) Touched down at Kunming early in the morning, our first attraction was visiting a cold and calm lake……. #firsttimevisitinglakeinthemorning

I STILL CAN’T GET OVER TVDDDDDDDDDDDDD.
OMG.
Prata + Ba Chor Mee + Salted Caramel

I decided to blog about yesterday’s dinner because I think I’ll be too busy tmrw packing my luggage for the HK trip and I have to skype with priya, do my brows and repaint my nails!! SO GIRLY IKR.
Meeting time was supposed to be 8pm yesterday but I reached after 8pm because bus 163 decided to make me wait for 15 minutes.. Improvement from the previous time la (which was 40 mins) Met kh and thom at Prata House and we waited for chan who took forever..

I have no idea why kh look so happy here..

I was whatsapping priya so I took these pictures for her haha. I had plain and egg onion prata with Iced milo!! SO GOOD AND SATISFYING!!!!! Thom didn’t want to eat but he told kh he wanted Mee Goreng but kh wanted Nasi Briyani then they argued and kh finally agreed on sharing Mee Goreng with Thom. MAD FUNNY.

GLAMOROUS CHAN FOR YOU!
We changed seats because Kh didn’t realized we were sitting at the smoking area until the couple beside us starting smoking -_- (Our table had the smoking sticker and the metal can for ash lor)

They concluded I’m in my own world whenever I eat my prata. I don’t bitch about them or even add in to their conversation LOL. I just eat my prata quietly and nicely. Have to slowly cut it and dip it in the curry carefully. LOL WTF.
Chan was being picky and didn’t want to have prata for dinner so we accompanied her to have Ba Chor Mee and because she was the only one eating the waiter kept saying ” 他们有四个人可是只有一个人吃 ” (There are 4 people but only 1 is eating) He kept staring at us lor….

Kh & I

ALL STARING AT THE ONLY ONE EATING.
We went to Salted Caramel for waffles! Met Esther Gugu there, she was sitting directly opposite me, such a coincidence! Thanks for the treat!! We had the same thing, 2 scoops of Ice cream and waffles!

I passed Thom my phone and asked him to take a picture of Chan & I but he took this….

MY BITCH ♥♥

Emo Kh.

Kh smashed my strawberry ice cream without my permisson >:( Strawberry ice cream that taste like lychee…

I was LINE-ing cindy and she was posing emo so we decided to cheer her up with the following pictures:

Instagram, I find our fringe very funny..

LOL @ THOM

HI BIRD NEST!!!!

Kh blocked Chan’s face. LOL.

Then she emo nemo..
Left the place at about 11 and Thom fetched us home one by one!

Forced them to take pictures with me so I have pictures to post here.. LOL. #desperate

LOL I think I was trying not to laugh because Thom purposely blocked chan.
We dropped Kh off first then when the car passed by him, we saw him talking to some weird looking man/woman with long hair! We came up with all sorts of nonsense, must remember the man/woman’s features and clothes so if Kh was really kidnapped we can help him LOLLLLL wtf damn ridiculous.
Anyway, it was a well day spent with them! Lots of bitching and bullying Kh.. like what’s new? ^^ I miss baby so much! We talked for a while in the afternoon and he didn’t call me just now but he did text me. OMGGGGG 2 more weeks!! It will be over soon!!
I’m soooo tired, shall sleep now. Goodnight guys!
